Our methods of payment

1. Prepayment

If you have chosen the method of payment prepayment, you pay your order before receipt of the products ordered. After the amount due is registrated on our account, we deliver at once the products ordered. The products ordered rest reserved for you within ten days. So you have a delay of ten days to pay the order. If the payment is not yet paid after the delay of ten days, we can´t assure that all the products ordered are still available. When you make a transfer, please do not forget to notice the reason for transfer. For an order made in Germany, you pay shipping charges in the amount of 6,00€, dependently of the quantity of the products ordered. For a delivery to a foreign country, you pay shipping charges in the amount of 9,00-17,00 euros.

2. PayPal

If you have chosen the method of payment PayPal, you pay the order before receipt of the products. After the amount due is registrated on our PayPal account, we deliver at once the products ordered. PayPal payments are conducted more quickly as bank transfers. The products ordered rest reserved for you within ten days. So you have a delay of ten days to pay the order. If the payment is not yet paid after the delay of ten days, we can´t assure that all the products ordered are still available. For an order made in Germany, you pay shipping charges in the amount of 6,00€, dependently of the quantity of the products ordered. For a delivery to a foreign country, you pay shipping charges in the amount of 9,00-17,00 euros.

3. Free shipping

If you have chosen the method of payment free shipping, the product will be delivered uninsured. The products are delivered per maxi letter or DHL packet. We don´t assure the delivery of this packets and letters. You have the possibility to pay 3 euros for a shipping insured.
